Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if my chlorinator cell housing needs replacing?
Common signs include visible cracks or breaks in the housing body, water leaking from the cell assembly, or the housing no longer sealing correctly around the cell. A damaged housing can cause water to bypass the cell, reducing chlorine output and potentially damaging the cell itself.

Is this compatible with my Puraflo chlorinator?
This housing suits all Puraflo models from 15G through to 100G. If you have an H2flo, Superpool, or Zen model, check the compatible models list above. If you're unsure, contact us with your chlorinator's model number and we'll confirm before you order.

Does this include the salt cell?
No — this listing is for the cell housing only. The salt cell (electrode assembly) is not included. If you also need a replacement cell, contact us and we can help you find the correct cell for your model.

Is this a genuine replacement part?
Yes — this is a genuine replacement housing designed to OEM specifications for Puraflo, H2flo, Superpool, and Zen chlorinator systems.
