At Pool Shop Australia, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship and when to expect your delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day of being placed. During peak periods (such as summer and public holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We ship via Australia Post and select freight carriers depending on the size and weight of your order. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–8 business days
  • Remote and rural areas: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Some smaller items qualify for flat-rate shipping.

Click & Collect

Prefer to pick up in person? We offer free click-and-collect from our Wollongong warehouse. Select 'Click & Collect' at checkout and we'll notify you by email when your order is ready.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship within Australia only — no international delivery. We can ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers for smaller items. Large or bulky items (pool cleaners, pumps, heaters) must be shipped to a physical address. Pool Shop Australia is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, freight carriers, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@poolshop.com.au.

Damage or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@poolshop.com.au with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
