Compatibility: check your model and valve version

The existing fitment information lists FG604, RX180, RX280, RX320, E550, E650, ECO550 and ECO650 sand filters, with references to pre-2007 40mm valves and pre-2007/post-2009 versions. Compatibility depends on the valve version, not just the filter model. Compare your original seal and valve assembly before ordering, or contact us with your model details to check suitability.

Frequently asked questions

Where does this O-ring fit?

It fits the union-to-multiport valve connection on compatible Hurlcon Astral sand filter assemblies. It is not described as the valve's internal spider gasket.

Does 40mm mean the O-ring measures 40mm?

The 40mm specification refers to the valve application in the supplied product information. Exact O-ring dimensions are not provided, so do not use 40mm as the seal's measured diameter.

How do I check whether this is the correct replacement?

Check your filter model, valve version and original O-ring. The model list alone does not confirm fitment across every production year.
