• Henden Balance – continuously monitors pH and ORP (oxidation-reduction potential) levels and automatically doses pH to keep your pool water balanced.

Together, they deliver a fully automated pool management solution — reducing manual testing, chemical handling, and equipment management. Ideal for pools, plunge pools, and large swim spas up to 45,000 litres.

Please note: This package does not include a salt or mineral chlorinator. A separate sanitiser/chlorinator is required for full pool sanitation.

What is the difference between Henden Control and Henden Balance?

The Henden Control is the automation controller — it manages your pool equipment such as pumps, heaters, valves, and water features on schedules or triggers. The Henden Balance is the water chemistry unit — it monitors pH and ORP levels in real time and automatically doses pH chemicals to maintain water balance. This package includes both.

Does the Henden Balance dose ORP as well as pH?

The Henden Balance monitors ORP as a water quality indicator but automatically doses pH only. ORP (oxidation-reduction potential) is used to assess sanitiser effectiveness in the water. For automatic sanitiser dosing, a separate chlorinator is required.

Does this include a chlorinator?

No. The Henden Control & Balance package includes the automation controller and pH doser only. A salt or mineral chlorinator is sold separately and is required for full pool sanitation.
