Chemigem D10 & SG Dosing Pump Tube Assembly (09061016)

Chemigem D10 & SG Dosing Pump Tube Assembly (09061016)

The squeeze tube is the wear component in the Chemigem peristaltic dosing pump — the rotor rollers compress it repeatedly to push precise doses of acid or liquid chlorine through the system. Over time the tubing hardens, cracks, or loses elasticity, causing dosing inaccuracies or complete loss of prime. This genuine Pool Controls replacement tube assembly (Part 09061016) restores accurate, reliable chemical dosing.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if the tube assembly needs replacing?
Signs of a worn squeeze tube include the pump running but not delivering chemical, loss of prime, visible cracking or hardening of the tube, or chemical leaking from the pump head. Inspect the tube whenever servicing the rotor assembly.

Should I replace the tube and rotor at the same time?
Yes — the tube and rotor wear together as a pair. Replacing both at the same service interval (typically 12–18 months depending on usage) ensures consistent dosing accuracy and avoids a repeat service call shortly after.

Does this suit both the Chemigem D10 and SG models?
Yes — part 09061016 suits both the Chemigem D10 and Chemigem SG dosing pumps. Check your existing tube part number or model label to confirm before ordering.

Is this a genuine Chemigem part?
Yes — part 09061016 is a genuine Pool Controls / Chemigem OEM tube assembly, not a generic compatible replacement.
