Chemigem D10 & SG Dosing Pump Rotor Assembly (09061020)

Chemigem D10 & SG Dosing Pump Rotor Assembly (09061020)

The rotor assembly is the heart of the Chemigem peristaltic dosing pump — it drives the rollers that squeeze chemical through the tubing to deliver precise, metered doses of acid or liquid chlorine to your pool. When the rotor or its rollers wear out, dosing accuracy drops and the pump can fail to prime. This genuine Pool Controls replacement (Part 09061020) restores full dosing performance.

Note: Rollers may be supplied in white.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if the rotor assembly needs replacing?
Common signs include the dosing pump running but not delivering chemical, loss of prime, inconsistent dosing, or visible cracking and wear on the rotor body or rollers. If the pump runs but chemical levels don’t change, inspect the rotor and tubing first.

Does this suit both the Chemigem D10 and SG models?
Yes — part 09061020 is the rotor assembly for both the Chemigem D10 and Chemigem SG dosing pumps. Verify your model and existing part number before ordering.

Is the pump tubing included?
No — this is the rotor assembly only. Dosing pump tubing is available separately and should also be inspected and replaced when servicing the rotor.

Is this a genuine Pool Controls part?
Yes — part 09061020 is a genuine Pool Controls OEM component for the Chemigem dosing pump range.
