Compatibility and installation

This is a pressure-cleaner booster pump, not a replacement for your main pool filtration pump. Check your cleaner's booster-pump requirements and existing plumbing before ordering.

The booster pump has no pump basket and must be installed after the main pool pump and filter. It must only operate while the main pool pump is running. Never run the booster pump without water.

Frequently asked questions

Does the LJV301 include a flexi plumbing kit?

Yes. This listing is for the Jet-Vac LJV301 booster pump with the flexi plumbing kit, rather than the PVC plumbing-union version.

Can I use it with a Polaris pressure pool cleaner?

It is suitable for Polaris pressure cleaners that require a booster pump. Confirm the requirements of your particular cleaner model and plumbing layout before purchase.

Can the booster pump run independently of the pool pump?

No. The main pool pump must be running whenever the booster pump operates so that filtered water is supplied to the booster pump.

What warranty is included?

The pump has a 2-year warranty. Mechanical seals and damage caused by running the pump without water are excluded from the warranty.
