We are unable to provide refunds on Acoustic Boxes as they are custom made.

If you wish to return your acoustic box these conditions must be met;

1) Returned in its original box, unopened.

2) Undamaged

3) Must be shipped back to us at your cost (contact us for address)

4) A $250 restocking fee will apply
