The Acoustic Box - Standard Height Box (1145mm High) - Freestanding
Soundproof
Most councils (and certain state building codes) require any equipment emitting noise to be no more than 5 dB above the background noise from the nearest residential boundary. The Acoustic pool filter Box contains special acoustic material which ensures the design complies with all state and council regulations with regards to sound proofing . The sound proofing material in our boxes generally translates into a reduction of 80% in noise levels!.
Please also see our Acoustic Engineer Report.
Ease of assembly
The Acoustic pool filter Box is the only one of its kind (currently on the Australian market) that requires NO NUTS AND BOLTS and NO SPECIAL TOOLS for assembly!. The panels simply click together with minimal effort and only require one person. Assembly takes as little as 5 MINUTES by someone with no prior building or handiwork experience!
We also provide clear and illustrated installation instructions along with a short assembly video clip with every order.
Quality Design
Our Pool filter & pump boxes are made of quality Australian galvanized steel (1 mm thick) so they will withstand the test of time
The boxes are powder coated within our factory - which means we can guarantee the quality and thickness of the coating - the thick powder also acting as additional protection for the boxes.
The ventilation gaps have been tested by an Industrial Engineer for adequate protection of pool pumps & other equipment. The gaps are also designed in away to allow for wiring / conduits in and out of the box
Easier Access
Our boxes have unhindered access across the front. There are no bars preventing you from 'literally' standing inside the boxes - making it easier to access and service the equipment.
The top lid sits on mechanical gas struts. You can lift them (and keep them) up at any height level with one finger. And you won't be losing a 'metal bar' / other objects to open the lid !
