Terms & Conditions - NRL Tickets Give Away

Introduction

Pool Shop ("we", "us", or "our") is excited to announce a giveaway of 4x reserved gold tickets to the Bulldogs vs Roosters game at Accor Stadium on Friday, 5 April at 6pm (the "Giveaway"). By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and represent that they meet the eligibility requirements below.

Eligibility

1. Entrants must follow Pool Shop on either Facebook or Instagram.
2. Employees of Pool Shop, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible.

How to Enter

1. To enter, simply follow Pool Shop on Facebook or Instagram.
2. Tag three people you would like to take with you in the comments on the giveaway post.
3. Entries will be accepted until 11:59 PM AEST 28th March, seven days before the game.
4. Each participant is eligible for a single entry; multiple tags in comments will be considered as one entry per participant.

Prize

1. The prize consists of 4x reserved gold tickets to the Bulldogs vs Roosters game at Accor Stadium on the specified date and time.
2. Travel expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
3. Tickets are strictly for personal use and are not available for resale.
4. The prize does not include food, drink, or any other expenses.

Selection of Winner

1. One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible comments.
2. The draw will take place within 24 hours of the competition closing.
3. The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered within 48 hours of the draw.
4. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being notified, a new winner will be selected.

General Conditions

1. The winner must be available to attend the game on the specified date and time. Inability to attend will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternative winner may be selected.
2. Pool Shop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time without notice, including in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or external factors beyond our control.
3. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Pool Shop to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
4. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Pool Shop, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or any prize won.

Liability and Jurisdiction

1. Pool Shop is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Giveaway.
2. Disputes concerning this Giveaway will be governed by the laws of Australia.
3. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.
