At Pool Shop, we are committed to offering our customers the best value for their purchases. Our Price Match Policy is designed to ensure you can shop with confidence, knowing you're getting the best deal on your pool and spa products.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Authorized Australian Retailers: We will price match products sold by authorized Australian retailers only. The retailer must be an official dealer of the product in question.
• Identical Products: The product must be identical (i.e., same brand, model, and specifications) and currently in stock at both Pool Shop and the competitor.
• Verification Required: Proof of the competitor's lower price is required. This can be in the form of an advertisement, a written or electronic quote, or a web address where the price can be verified.
• Exclusions: Excludes closeout, liquidation sales, refurbished, used, or damaged items. Also excluded are products sold via auction or third-party sellers on websites.

Policy Limitations:

• Not Retroactive: The price match must be requested at the time of purchase. We do not offer retroactive price matching.
• Cannot Combine with Other Offers: Price matching cannot be combined with other Pool Shop promotions or discounts.
• Local Competitors Only: Online retailers must have a physical retail store in Australia. Purely online retailers are excluded.
• Price Match Limit: Price matches are limited to a reasonable quantity of items for personal use.
