Which sensor cable length do I need?
Measure the distance from where you plan to mount the control box to where the sensor will sit in the pool skimmer box or water feature. Allow extra length for cable routing around obstacles. If in doubt, choose a longer cable — excess can be coiled neatly.

Does the Water Witch work with saltwater pools?
Yes — the electronic sensor is compatible with all pool types including saltwater, chlorinated, and mineral pools, as well as ponds and tanks.

Is the Water Witch certified for use in Western Australia?
Yes — it is the only certified automatic water leveller approved for use in Western Australia, as well as all other Australian states and territories.

Does installation require a plumber?
The solenoid valve connects to your water supply and should be installed by a licensed plumber to comply with Australian plumbing regulations. The control box and sensor can typically be mounted by a competent DIYer.
