Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a price for the Silkflow waterfall?
The Silkflow is priced on application. Contact us with your preferred width, water entry type and lip size and we will provide a quote promptly.
What sizes does the Silkflow waterfall come in?
The Silkflow is available in six widths: 300mm, 600mm, 900mm, 1200mm, 1800mm and 2400mm. Each size is available with rear or bottom water entry and a 1" or 6" lip.
What is the difference between rear entry and bottom entry?
Rear entry (R/Entry) means the water supply pipe connects from behind the waterfall unit, while bottom entry means the pipe connects from below. The right choice depends on your pool's plumbing configuration and how the waterfall will be mounted.
Can the Silkflow be installed on an existing pool?
Yes — the Silkflow is designed for easy installation on both new and existing pools. Contact us if you need advice on retrofitting a waterfall to your pool.
What is the difference between the 1" lip and 6" lip?
The lip size refers to the overhang at the front of the waterfall unit. A 1" lip suits installations where the waterfall sits flush or close to the pool edge, while a 6" lip provides a longer overhang for installations where the waterfall is set further back from the water.
