Key features and benefits

• Pool Controls Chemigem replacement: identified by manufacturer part number 14161306.
• Threaded connection: for installations requiring the threaded injector, rather than the bayonet version.
• Replace the injector component: supplied as one injector, not a complete manifold or injection kit.
• Clear part identification: match the part number and connection to help avoid ordering an incompatible replacement.

Technical specifications

Physical measurements in millimetres and the exact thread size require confirmation before purchase where fit is critical. No verified dimensions, flow rates or pressure ratings are provided for this listing.

Compatibility and choosing the correct replacement

This Chemigem venturi injector replacement is not a universal fit for every D10 or DM52 system. The controller model alone does not establish compatibility: the installed injector and mating connection must also match.

Threaded versus bayonet injectors

A threaded injector uses a screw-thread connection. A bayonet injector uses a different locking connection. These connection styles must not be assumed interchangeable. This listing is for threaded injector 14161306, not bayonet injector 14161301.

Check before ordering

• Confirm that your existing part is the threaded type and check any available part number against 14161306.
• Compare the injector and its mating connection with your installation, rather than relying on the Chemigem model name alone.
• If the part number or connection is unclear, contact us with photographs of the existing injector, connection and system label before purchasing.
• Have any critical measurements and thread details confirmed before ordering.

Installation guidance

Follow the Pool Controls instructions applicable to your exact Chemigem installation. Arrange installation by a suitably qualified pool technician if you are unsure about connection compatibility or chemical dosing equipment. Isolate the equipment and chemical supply in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions before work begins, and have connections and dosing operation checked before returning the system to service.
