What is the difference between the face plate cover (16127) and the mounting flange (16133)?

The mounting flange (16133) has screw holes and attaches directly to the pool wall. The face plate cover (16127) clips over the top of the flange to conceal the mounting screws for a clean finish. Both parts are usually replaced together when the skimmer face is damaged or discoloured.

Does this face plate cover fit all Hurlcon skimmer boxes?
