Waterwitch Solenoid Valve - Genuine Spare Part

Waterwitch Solenoid Valve – Genuine Replacement Spare Part (WS320)

If your Waterwitch automatic pool water leveller has stopped filling or is running continuously, a faulty solenoid valve is the most common cause. This is the genuine OEM replacement solenoid valve (WS320) from Cooke Industries — a direct swap that restores your Waterwitch unit to full automatic operation.

The solenoid valve controls water flow into your pool in response to the float sensor. When it fails, your pool either won't top up or won't stop filling. Replacing it is a straightforward DIY repair that avoids the cost of a full unit replacement.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if my Waterwitch solenoid has failed?

Common signs include the pool not filling when the water level drops, the unit filling continuously without stopping, or the solenoid making a clicking sound but no water flowing. If the float and wiring check out, the solenoid valve is the next component to replace.

Is this a genuine Waterwitch part?

Yes — this is a genuine OEM solenoid valve supplied by Cooke Industries, the manufacturer of the Waterwitch system. It is not an aftermarket substitute.

Can I install this myself?

Yes — the solenoid valve is a DIY-replaceable component. Turn off the water supply before starting. If you’re unsure, contact our team and we can advise on the replacement process.
